Include the page or workspace route, your browser and operating system, what you expected, and what happened. Add the visible error message if one appeared. Do not attach confidential scripts, personal information, API keys, or private client material.

The support mailbox handles AI Storyboard product and website questions. It cannot provide legal advice, production insurance advice, or guarantees about third-party AI services. Requests involving a third-party platform may also require that provider's support channel.
