1. What Information We Collect

To improve the website and user experience, we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and content performance. Depending on your browser and Google’s configuration, the service may process pseudonymous identifiers, cookies, device/browser signals, and page interactions. Data may include:

• Page views, navigation paths, and referring pages
• Device, browser, language, and screen information
• Approximate timing and interaction events used for aggregate reports

We use these reports to improve site content and product usability. Google handles Analytics data under its own privacy policy and terms.

2. What Information We Do Not Request

AI Storyboard does not require an account and does not ask you to submit the following information:

• Your name, email address, or account credentials
• A user profile for saved projects
• Personal information as part of a generation prompt
• Advertising profile information directly collected by AI Storyboard

3. Local Storage Only

Saved storyboard projects and creative content are stored in your browser’s local storage by default. AI processing is separate: prompts and necessary media inputs are transmitted to our backend and AI provider only when you request generation.

• Saved project data remains in your browser
• AI requests leave your device only when you start processing
• No account profile is created for your projects
• You retain complete control over your data
• Loading the app and using AI generation require network access

4. AI Image Generation

When you use AI generation, the prompt/description and any necessary media inputs are sent through our backend to an AI service provider to fulfill the request. Retention, logging, and model-training practices are governed by the provider’s terms and privacy policy. Please do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads.

• Is used to return the images or videos you request
• Is not associated with an AI Storyboard account
• Should not include sensitive personal information
• Is handled according to the AI provider’s privacy policy
• Is transmitted over HTTPS

5. Data Security

Keeping projects in browser storage reduces server-side exposure, but your device and exported files still need protection. We recommend you:

• Keep your browser and device software up to date
• Protect your device with a secure password
• Be careful when sharing exported storyboard content
• Back up your important projects regularly
• Clear browser local data as needed

6. Third-Party Services

AI Storyboard uses a minimal set of third-party services:

• Google Analytics (site usage measurement; Google may process cookies or pseudonymous identifiers)
• AI image and video generation (see above)
• Google Fonts and other content delivery services
• Each of these services has its own privacy policy

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data on AI Storyboard:

• You can access and manage everything stored in your browser
• You can export or delete your storyboards at any time
• You can clear browser storage and Analytics cookies using your browser controls
• You can contact us with questions about this policy or data handling
• No account profile is maintained for your projects

8. Children's Privacy

AI Storyboard does not knowingly request personal information from children. Parents and guardians should supervise children using creative AI services and avoid entering sensitive information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or third-party services. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date.
