Editorial standards
Useful guides need visible evidence and clear limits
This policy covers product tutorials, workflow articles, comparisons, and other material published by the AI Storyboard Editorial Team.
Product accuracy
Product instructions should match the current public interface and documented behavior. Writers distinguish browser storage from remote AI processing and avoid describing a feature as private, unlimited, or guaranteed without evidence. Screenshots and step sequences should show the current workflow or include a date when the interface may change.
Sources and comparisons
Articles use primary sources for platform rules, pricing, technical limits, and other facts that can change. A comparison should identify the date checked and link to each product's official page. We do not invent first-person testing, customer results, usage totals, endorsements, or performance statistics.
Creative guidance can rely on established production practice without turning preferences into universal rules. Writers label examples as examples and explain the constraint behind a recommendation.
AI-assisted drafting
Drafting and editing tools may assist with outlines, summaries, or language cleanup. A publishing workflow still requires a person to check product claims, remove fabricated experience, inspect internal links, and review cited sources. The byline “AI Storyboard Editorial Team” identifies the publisher and does not present an AI-generated persona as a real expert.
Updates and corrections
Substantive changes update the page's visible modified date and structured data. Typographical fixes do not need a new date. If a product change makes a guide misleading, the page should be corrected, clearly dated, redirected to a better resource, or removed from the sitemap until it is useful again.
Readers can report an error through the contact page. Include the page URL, the disputed passage, and a primary source when one exists.
Commercial context
AI Storyboard publishes these guides to help readers use the product and understand storyboard workflows. Product pages can invite readers to open the tool. Editorial articles should still answer the stated question without hiding the useful steps behind a sales message.
